We offer 2 reward levels to our retail partners.

Gold Level:

  • Minimum Requirement: $1000 per calendar quarter
  • Terms: Net 30
  • Price: Standard Pricelist
  • Reward #1: 2 free pillows ($150+ value), from quick ship, after every 3rd order*.
  • Reward #2: Refer us to a retailer. Receive $200 in product credit when retailer opens account. 
  • Reward #3: Free rug box or get credit for your rug box ($350 value) after your 5th rug order.

Yellow Level:

  • Minimum Requirement: None
  • Terms: Credit Card. 50% on order, 50% on delivery.
  • Price: 25% surcharge on standard pricelist.
  • Reward #1: 2 free pillows ($150+ value), from quick ship, after every 3rd order*.
  • Reward #2: Refer us to a retailer. Receive $200 in product credit when retailer opens account. 
* $100 per order minimum.

What is my current level? If you're an existing retailer, your level for Q1 2012 is Gold. New retailers start at Gold level.

What happens if I don't order $1000 in a calendar quarter? If you're at Gold level and your order total for that quarter is less than $1000, you'll be at Yellow level for the next quarter. When you meet your $1000 requirement, you'll be back at Gold level the following quarter.

Are there any exceptions to the minimum requirement? There are 2 exceptions:

1. The reason for a quarterly requirement, as opposed to annual or semi-annual, is the order consistency makes it easier on the production side. It helps us in planning our resources. However, we'll make exceptions if you still prefer to buy in bulk once or twice a year.

2. Another exception is if you haven't been extended the opportunity or time to build our line. In that case, we'll waive the requirement until you feel you've been offered a fair chance to exhibit our line.

Can I select the 2 free pillows? Sorry, you won't be able to select the 2 free pillows. However, we'll make an effort to ship different pillows on every occasion. 

Can I substitute another product for pillows? Currently the reward program is for pillows only. We'll add other products to the program at a future date.
